Visual Studio for free? Yes its true. Microsoft is giving away Developer tools and some operating systems for free. Has Microsoft gone mad, of course not.
The multi-billion dollar company is now giving these softwares to students.
"When technology becomes absolute passion" says microsoft.
Follow these steps:-
1. Goto Dreamspark and Register there.
2. During registeration they will ask you for ISIC no. If you dont have that then type in your school name.
    If you dont find your school name in the list, then just submit a photo of your school ID card.
3. In most cases it will take only 3 days for approval. Check your mail always to see wheather they have                                             
    approved your account.
4. Then goto dreamspark again and login.
5. Goto software catalogue and you will see many Developing tools and OS's of Microsoft.


You can also get Microsoft Certificate if you are a good programmer.

Also Microsoft has started an online Educational Portal to teach programming.
